Church Missionary Society (CMS) is an evangelical, voluntary, lay, church society who are committed to proclaiming the gospel and serving God's people around the world to see lives transformed by Christ. They are independent and does not report to any other organisation or denomination. They are a facilitator enabling the church to send missionaries to serve God in other places.

One way that our church is partnering with this society is by linking with a CMS missionary. For the church, link missionaries provide a focus and a human face for world mission and the church's horizons are widened. For missionaries, the prayer, financial and pastoral support they receive from link churches is essential for their ministries.
