Bibb grave at St PetersSt Peters Church, Cooks River's registers reflect the social changes of the area from the time of wealthy merchants, shell gatherers and lime burners till it became a residential suburb of tradesmen, especially brickmakers.

Many notable families have been involved in our Church since its first service was conducted on the 13th May 1838.

If you are interested in finding out how your your ancestors were connected with St Peters please contact our history team by emailing history@cooksriver.net or phoning Bob & Laurel Horton on (02) 9558 7504.
